Avalon Transit Villages

One of AvalonBay’s transit-oriented communities adjacent to Bay Area Rapid Transit stations, Avalon at Dublin Station combines 400 apartments with ground-level retail. The comprehensive Master Signage Program includes all property signage for exteriors and interiors. GNU designed the program, managed the project through challenging city approvals, and procured turn-key installation of the program.
