While we are investing in a great new sign program, we know that signs alone can’t do the whole job. We are also starting to orient our members through our appointment cards and calls, website and other communications tools.

But inevitably, when disoriented, people will stop and ask for directions. In fact, most of you will be asked for guidance many times a day. And many of you personally take people to where they need to be.
