GNU Group provides turnkey signage implementation services that take sign programs from planning and design through budgeting, permitting, fabrication, and installation. Whether implementing a new office signage program, a property-wide sign system, or a multi-location rebrand, our design/build approach gives clients coordinated oversight from concept through completion.

We manage the details and work with experienced fabrication and installation partners to keep design intent, quality, schedules, and budgets aligned. The result is a more streamlined path from approved design to installed signage, with fewer handoffs and a single team responsible for moving the program forward.

ServiceNow

ServiceNow had undergone a marketing rebrand in 2017 & 2021. They needed to convert all their signage globally to the new brand. GNU Group was engaged to audit all the current conditions of external brand placements for transition to the updated brand mark. GNU provided turnkey implementation services managing landlord approvals, permitting, fabrication, and installation for all US and international locations, and continues to do so for all new locations and acquisitions.

The Research Park

GNU Group partnered with BlueRise Ventures to assist DRA Advisors in repositioning the existing Marina Village Office Park. GNU developed plans to budget, design, document and gain City approvals for a comprehensive redesign and reuse of their existing sign program, resulting in significant cost savings over new fabrication. GNU streamlined the process for BlueRise by managing the turnkey implementation of the program across multiple fabrication and installation teams.

Discovery Bay

GNU group worked with Century Management and The Hoffman Companies to help transform the Discovery Bay Shopping Center. GNU Group designed a complete brand refresh that included signage, wayfinding and an updated project color scheme. GNU worked directly with the County on the master sign program and permit approvals, and managed multiple subcontractors to complete signage, painting and electrical components.
