Rising 16 stories above Bryant Street, Quincy brings 501 luxury residences to the heart of San Francisco. GNU Group partnered with Strada Investment Group to design and deliver a fully integrated exterior and interior signage program that reflects the building’s elevated identity and urban presence.

From the outset, our approach centered on seamless integration. Working closely with the design architect SCB and the interiors team at Parisa O’Connell Studio, we developed a comprehensive branded sign program that aligns with the building’s architectural language and material palette. Every element, including form, finish, typography, and fabrication, was carefully considered to complement the surrounding environment while always reinforcing the Quincy brand.
