Atria At Foster Square

Atria at Foster Square is a 155-unit, six-story senior living community designed to deliver a high-end residential experience within a supportive care environment. Developed from the ground up, the project presented the GNU Group with an opportunity to craft a cohesive and refined signage program that enhances both brand expression and day-to-day usability.

Our team developed a comprehensive interior and exterior signage system that seamlessly integrates identity, wayfinding, and life-safety requirements across the site. From arrival to resident floors, the program is designed to create clarity, comfort, and a sense of place, balancing intuitive navigation with the elevated aesthetic expectations of a premium senior living environment.
