This LEED-certified facility is the result of more than a decade of vision and planning, bringing Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) operations and staff under one roof for the first time in its 80+ year history. Our signage helps mark this new chapter with clear, welcoming identification that reflects the project’s purpose and civic pride.
